National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) ia an Undergraduate program, formerly known as the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT). In other words NEET has replaced All India Pre-Medical test/ Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) completely in the year 2017. Also NEET is the common medical entrance test across our country India, NEET has also replaced entrance tests carried out by JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research) and AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) from the academic session 2020.

To be eligible for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2022-23 (NEET 2022-23), candidates must pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects. For general (GEN.) category candidates, it is mandatory to bring minimum 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent, for PWD category (Persons with disabilities) minimum marks would be 45%, while SC / ST / OBC category candidates have to get minimum 40% marks to become eligible for NEET exam 2022-23.
